The sun is out. Latin jams are playing in the background. It looks and feels like spring in my studio. I’m putting the final touches on the flower wall, and waiting for Naomi: an outgoing, energetic girl who loves sports and speaks several languages.

The moment I met Naomi, I knew it’s going to be a fun shoot. She is cheerful, open-minded and radiates with positivity.

Her portrait session entailed two looks. The first one was inspired by flowers, their soft femininity and graceful silhouettes. The second one was influenced by the elements of Venetian Carnival that was happening at the moment.

I’ve asked Naomi to answer a few questions about herself, so we get to know her a bit better.

What are you passionate about? What draws you to it?

I am passionate about sports and travel. I like adventures, going to see new places and I love a rush. 

What inspires you and how?

Music and stories about people overcoming things and meeting their goals.

What are five things that most people don’t know about you?

I love food, like LOVE it. Most people do not know that I do modeling. I love trying new things. I am going on a huge adventure in June! (not many people know this but some do). I love singing and acting and have wanted to do it professionally for a long time. I work three jobs to save up for this adventure and modeling is something I enjoy in my spare time and hope to get much better at.

What’s your dream destination and why?

Anywhere warm all year round with beaches and beach volleyball and lots of waves! I love being in the sun and having fun! Anywhere like this is perfect for me.
